We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at check out. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by courier.

Order deliveries will be made between-10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
Goods will need to be signed on delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative person.
Malaai takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Malaai is not responsible for damage after delivery.
For all claims for damages must be reported to customer service care@malaai.in, within 48 hours of the day of delivery.

CUSTOM CHARGES
If your order is being shipped outside India, customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated deliveries could be delayed by customs entry procedures.
Our prices are all listed in Indian Rupees and taxes are included within our price, as applicable.
RETURNS
To return any items, please contact us by email: care@malaai.in
The product would need to be returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods, provided that they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. No cash refunds. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making an exchange. Postage will not be refunded. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened, or used products. Please allow us two weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to care@malaai.in on the same day of the delivery.
SENDING A RETURN
Products to be exchanged must be sent with the original receipt, return/exchange authorization number, and in unopened, saleable condition.
We are unable to offer exchanges on any used or opened product. Malaai is not responsible for damage after delivery. Return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and checking by Malaai. Each item can be exchanged only once; we do not refund cash.
Step 1: Please email care@malaai.in providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.
Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from the Malaai team, please return the product(s) to us.
We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods, we will send you a replacement. No cash refunds. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

SENSITIVITY
Essential oils are pure and made up of a number of components. While sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often, people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, making it difficult to determine the source of the irritation. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation, and while taking medication.
We recommend patch testing all products on your skin if you are concerned. Please read our Disclaimer.
